Delicious Strawberry Filling

"The cookie and strawberry filling are both nice! I especially love the flavor of the strawberry filling, which has a texture like chocolate. The flavor reminds me of freeze-dried strawberries, but still fresh and strong. Be warned, each box only contains 6 cookies and I indulged on these pretty quickly!"
