What is the Japan Crate Store? The Japan Crate Store is the place to get a second taste of your favorite Japan Crate goodies! We’ll also have many of your favorite Doki Doki items for sale, including our Japan Crate exclusive plushies and shirts!
When will my order ship? How long will it take to get to me? We try to pack and ship our orders as quickly as possible. Once we ship the order out, it will take 2-5 business days for the order to reach you. (You may experience a bit of a delay if your order is made when we are packing and shipping out our Japan, Doki Doki and Umai Crates. This delay will usually occur during the first week and last week of the month.)
I just placed my order, do I still have time to add a few more things before it gets shipped? Since we try to get your order to you as quickly as possible, we are unable to add items to orders, once they have been placed.
Where do I enter my promo code? Once you click the checkout button on your shopping cart, you will be directed to our order page. On the right side of the page underneath all of your items will be a discount box. You’ll need to enter your code into the discount box and hit apply. You should be able to see your discount applied before completing your purchase.
How much is shipping? Shipping will vary depending on your order’s weight. Upon checkout, you are able to see the estimated shipping cost for your shipment.
Do you ship internationally? We are currently working to open up orders for international subscribers. We will update International subscribers as soon as it becomes available
Why isn’t this item from a past Japan Crate not in the store? We have limited stock of our past Japan Crate items. Everything in our store is what we have available from past crates.
My item arrived damaged, can I get a replacement item? Please take a photo of your package and damaged items and send an email to our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org with those photos. Any damages to the crate or the package will not qualify for a replacement. Broken items such as cookies, chip or other fragile snacks may also not qualify for a replacement. If we do not have the item in stock, we will issue a refund for your order instead. We want to make sure that you always receive your items in perfect condition!
I received the wrong item. What do I do? We respectfully ask that you check the order confirmation email to double check your order. If we did send out the wrong item, please send an email to our support team at email@example.com with a photo of your shipment and they should be able to get the correct candy to you!
What payment options do you guys accept? We accept most major credit cards and PayPal. If you have any issues with your payment processing, send an email to our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org and they should be able to straighten everything out for you! If you are having issues with PayPal, please contact us first so we can look into the issue directly. I never received my order. What should I do? Oh no! Please check out your tracking link to see the latest USPS tracking updates about your order. If the delivery is past the estimated delivery date or marked delivered but has not reached you, email our support team at email@example.com. If your order was marked delivered, you’ll need to contact us within two weeks of the delivered date. They’ll do their best to make sure your order gets to you safely!
I want to cancel my order and get a refund? What should I do? Please email us right away at firstname.lastname@example.org! We’ll try our best to cancel your order for you. Since we try to get everyone's orders packed and shipped right away, we may be unable to cancel your order and issue a refund.
I ordered a blind box item and did not get the item I wanted. Can I return it and get the item I wanted? Unfortunately we aren’t able to do returns or exchanges on open blind boxed items as this is part of the fun of opening blind boxes!
I ordered an item but it was a different color/style than what I saw on the website. Can I exchange it? Some of the items listed on the Japan Crate Store have multiple variations. The colors/styles of these items are chosen at random and are not exchangeable. If you order multiple items that have different colors and styles, we’ll try our best to get you a variety of colors/styles!
