Kimchi Vermicelli

This spicy stir-fried sauce is exploding with various flavors including a rich gochujang chili paste, garlic, and ginger with vermicelli noodles. Fry it with kimchi, your favorite vegetables, and pork all in one pan! Serves 2-3 people.

Try it with: onion, green onion, mushrooms, pork

Directions:
1. Heat sesame oil in a frying pan. Fry the pork first, then add vegetables over medium heat. Add the sauce and fry it together. (For vegetables that are easy to cook through, boil them together with vermicelli without frying them).
2. Add water first, then the vermicelli (add it without rehydrating) and kimchi. Simmer for about 4 minutes over medium heat while softening and separating the vermicelli.
