Udon noodles are typically made simply from wheat and salt. The flat and fine shape of the noodle allows for shorter cooking time and is ready in only 5 minutes after boiling! Make a bowl of udon this winter for a fast and quick meal.
1. Bring water to a boil and add noodles.
2. Once soft and loosened, serve with soup base, and enjoy!
