Calbee Sapporo Potato Chips: Kakogawa Katsumeshi

Calbee is Japan's most well known potato chips manufacturer.

They launched their new flavors to promote different regions of Japan! This is their waffle potato chip with the savory taste of Katsumeshi, made from Sapporo potatoes.
- Katsumeshi, a local dish of Kakogawa City, Hyogo Prefecture, is served with beef cutlet on a Western plate, topped with domiglass style sauce, and boiled cabbage. Often simply called cutlet rice.
