Somen noodles in hot soup is called nyumen. Somen are thin Japanese noodles made of wheat our. DIY your own and add your favorite various vegetables and meats for a filling fall meal.
Try it with: Tarako udon sauce, green onions, daikon radish
1. Bring a pot of water to a boil and add noodle.
2. Cook 2 minutes of until soft.
3. Serve hot in a soup or drain and rinse to serve cold.
