Nyumen is a thin udon that is usually eaten as a hot soup. This is a powdered soup with a well-balanced blend of Japanese baked chin (a type of flying fish), kelp, and bonito. It uses toroto konbu, a shaved kelp, that is used in various noodle dishes such as nyumen. It brings a taste of Japan using a moderately salty udon with yuzu notes. This product contains inulin. Inulin has been reported to moderate increases in blood glucose levels after meals. Try it with: Green onion, red pepper.
Directions:
1. Put the powdered soup in a cup and pour 200ml of boiling water until it reaches the guideline.
2. Wait 1 minute, then enjoy!
