Yaki-ago refers to a dried flying fish which is grilled. This dashi (Japanese stock base for noodle cuisines) is made to create a perfect base for noodles like udon and your favorite leftovers to add!
1. Mix one bag with 1 å_ cup (280 ml) of water and bring to a boil.
2. Add your choice of noodles or the month‰۪s pack of Hayanie Udon.
3. Add your favorite hot pot noodle fixings.
