This savory noodle soup dish contains flavorful buckwheat noodles in kelp and shiitake mushrooms. A perfectly light lunch or dinner at home. Try it with: sliced carrots, green onions, shiitake mushrooms.
1. Bring 2 cups (500 ml) of water to a boil.
2. Add noodles and cook for 3 minutes.
3. Add flavor packet to a bowl and add in noodles to stir well.
4. Garnish and enjoy!
