A fan of miso soup? Enjoy this instant version of red miso, which has a higher percentage of soybeans and is fermented longer than the typical miso soup and results in the dark red color.
Try it with: fresh tofu, sliced green onions
1. Pour the miso paste and vegetable packet into the cup.
2. Pour in the hot water up to the line inside the cup.
3. Stir well and enjoy!
