Udon is a popular Japanese noodle dish! This one in particular is inspired by Japanese folklore. Fox spirits are said to be particularly fond of a fried sliced tofu called aburaage, which is accordingly found in kitsune udon like this one!
1. Open lid half way and add the seasoning packet contents.
2. Pour in hot water to fill line.
3. Wait for 3 minutes and enjoy!
