SUGOI MART SURVEY RAFFLE - OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE CHANCES OF WINNING.

CONTEST PERIOD: The Sugoi mart Survey Raffle begins on December 1, 2023, at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time (PT) and ends on December 30, 2023, at 11:59 p.m. PT.

ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, 21 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of Japan Crate Acquisitions, LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising agencies, and their immediate family members are ineligible. Void where prohibited.

ENTRY METHOD: Enter by participating in the survey and submitting your email during the Contest Period. This grants one entry into the raffle for a chance to win a $100 Sugoi mart Gift Card.

RAFFLE WINNER SELECTION: A winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries after the Contest Period.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: The potential winner will be notified by email within seven (7) days of Contest end. To claim the prize, a completed Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability, and Publicity Release is required within three (3) days of notification.

PRIZE: The prize is a $100 Sugoi mart Gift Card. Prize must be claimed within three (3) days of notification.

PRIZE CONDITIONS: Prizes are "as is" without any warranty. Sponsor decides all prize details.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions. Participants release Sponsor from liability for any Contest-related injuries or damages.

MISCELLANEOUS: Sponsor not liable for entry errors or failures. Contest tampering or rule violations result in disqualification.

ARBITRATION: Entrants agree to resolve disputes individually through arbitration, not class action.

LAW: Contest governed by the laws of Delaware, USA.
