This somen is dressed with tororo konbu, thin and long akes of dried konbu (a type of dried seaweed), which is a very popular ingredient in Japanese soups and a great addition for noodles.
Try it with: Mushrooms, green onions, narutomaki (fishcake)

DIRECTIONS:

1. Open the lid halfway and remove the packet from the bowl.

2. Fill with boiling water up to the line marked on the inside of the bowl (200ml), then replace the lid and leave for 3 minutes.

3. Add the soup packet, stir, and enjoy!
