Tom Yum Kung

Enjoy the two worlds of hot and sour with tom yum this season. With notes of pakuchi (coriander) and lemongrass, this Japanese take on Thai fried noodles will leave your stomach full and taste buds satisfied.

DIRECTIONS: 1.You'll need 1/2 tablespoon of oil, 1 cup water, 50 grams of bacon cut into small bits, 1/4 chopped white onion, and chopped green onions.

2. Put oil in a frying pan and fry the onion with the bacon.

3. Next, add the water and noodles from the package into to the frying pan.

4. When the noodles are soft, add the sauce packet and the green onions.
