On a particularly chilly night, take this shrimp soba for a spin. This particular soba is made with darker soba noodles from a dark flour called ‰ÛÏinaka soba‰, which is made by grinding the entire soba seed and is characterized by a strong aroma.
Try it with: Shrimp tempura, wakame (seaweed), green onions
DIRECTIONS:
1. Open the lid halfway and take out the flavor packets.
2. Put in the flavor packet and pour in the hot water up to the line inside the package.
3. Wait 3 min, stir well, and enjoy!
