Sanuki udon is a famous type of udon from Kagawa prefecture. These noodles are recommended to serve cold and slurped on a hot day. They can make up to 3 servings!
Try it with: shichimi pepper, seaweed, this month's udon soup
1. Boil a pot of water.
2. Add noodles and cook for 6 minutes.
3. Drain noodles, mix with sauce or broth.
