I would not recommend adding this to your iced coffee. Or only add the smallest amount. I added a small amount (maybe 2 teaspoons) to my iced coffee and I got hit with the consistency of cough syrup.
With the flavor, I was expecting more of a light floral taste similar to sakura green tea. The flavor of this syrup is very artificial and in your face.
