Red Kitsune Udon

Kitsune udon (udon topped with fried tofu) is a staple with Japanese noodles, and this one is made to be a snack! You can have it as a mid-day pick me up, or have it paired with a couple of onigiri (rice balls) for a meal.

Instructions:

1. Open the lid halfway and take out all the packets.
2. Add all flavour packs, pour in the hot water up to the line inside the bowl, cover the lid and waitåÊ3 minutes.
3. Peel off the lid, stir and enjoy!
