Yakisoba translates to' fried buckwheat' and is a popular dish in Japan along with ramen and udon. This fried noodle dish offers a lesser guilt approach with its salt-free noodles and pairs well with the special scented sauce that has an appetizing fruity flavor.
Try it with: Cabbage, green onions, shichimi pepper
1. Bring 1 cup of water to a boil.
2. Add noodles and cook for 3 minutes.
3. Add flavor packet.
4. Stir and enjoy!
