Somen are very thin white East Asian noodles made of wheat flour. This mini somen dish is perfect for one and its warm soup offers notes of shiitake mushrooms and yuzu. Yuzu is a Japanese citrus fruit whose flavor profile is akin to a cross between grapefruit and lime.
Try it with: Egg, narutomaki (fish cake), nori

DIRECTIONS:

1. Peel lid back halfway and remove packets. Empty packets into bowl.

2. Fill hot/boiling water to inner line, cover, and wait 3 minutes.

3. Peel back lid, mix well, and enjoy!
