In Japan, cold somen is usually served with tsuyu, a light avored dipping sauce that is usually made with soy sauce and a plethora of different add-ons such as bonito akes, onion, and ginger. DIY and make your own cold somen noodles this summer!
Try it with: Mazetsuyu Cold Sudachi Udon sauce, shredded daikon, green onions

DIRECTIONS:

1. Boil a pot of water and add noodles.

2. After the noodles are cooked as soft as you like, rinse them under cold water.

3. Cook them in a soup or serve cold with dipping sauce!
