Take a break from the summer heat with this cold noodle dish. Flavored with notes of bonito (tuna) and kombu (kelp), this dish will bring some heat to your palate with its shichimi chili and offer a unique texture with its fried tempura batter, characteristic of tanuki soba.
Try it with: Green onions, shaved daikon, nori

DIRECTIONS:

1. Open A up until line B. Remove flavor packets and pour hot/boiling water up to the line.

2. Wait 3 minutes and then remove the cover for part C. Pour the hot water out through C.

3. Rinse noodles in cold water and drain again. Pour flavor packets on top, mix, and enjoy!
