In the Osaka area of Japan, soba goes by the name of "tanuki soba". Tanuki soba
in the Kanto area refers to a different dish of hot or cold soba noodles topped with tenkasu, crunchy bits of fried tempura batter. Enjoy this hot version in the comfort of your home or on the go with its convenient cup packaging.
Try it with: Green onions, shaved daikon, nori
DIRECTIONS:
1. Open the lid halfway and ll with boiling water up to the line marked on the inside of the bowl.
2. Replace the lid and leave for 3 minutes.
3. Stir and enjoy!
