Big Tanuki Udon (With Noriten)

Tanuki udon is an udon served in a hot dashi broth and topped with tempura pieces called "tenkasu". This particular one is from My Friend company's Big series, which is famous for their large size.

Instructions:

1. Open the lid halfway and take out all the packets.
2. Add all flavour packs, pour in the hot water up to the line inside the bowl, cover the lid and wait 5 minutes.
3. Peel off the lid, stir and enjoy!
